Initial consultation
Step 1
We will meet with you to discuss your requirements, design, budget and associated costs. At this time we will examine your existing residence from a building point of view.
Final costing, acceptance and agreement
Step 2
- Preliminary concept drawings are created and details and costings are discussed.
- Once you are satisfied with the design we prepare a formal quotation for you to approve.
- On approval of the formal quotation, planning approval drawings and specifications are produced ready for council submission.
Design Phase and DA/CDC Lodgement
Step 3
- Prior to council/ authority lodgement, Austca Building will issue draft plans for approval. DA or CDC lodgment.
- We also assist our client with CC application and assist all requirement to start construction
Material Selections, Construction and Handover
Step 4
During construction, Austca Building will together with their clients, gradually select finishes as required, at (previously) agreed prices. By doing this, each finish selection can be carefully thought out, rather than in the heat of the moment at time of contract signing.
